BG I

When Arashi was still a kid, her mother used to baby her a lot, viewing her as her property, she had Arashi's whole life planned out for her, as if she was just her mother's doll. She never knew to refuse her orders,but if she did, her mother would try and manipulate her into feeling bad,so she would be even more obedient to her. Her mother probably slapped her at least once. Being locked up home, it's logical that she never really touched any instruments. Her brother was talented in art, and the only person who genuinely cared about her wellbeing.She admired him a lot. She drew a lot with him,he snuck her food when their mother tried to starve her after she got 1 mark away from first in an exam, all when their parents weren't noticing. (I wanna say her brother's name is Nagi..)

So when she got older, Arashi started to resent her mother, for taking away her childhood, practically. Her brother was away, and didn't come home often, so she had to endure her parents alone.

(Being treated like this when she was little, she had developed separation issues with people she loved. She wanted to cling onto them, so that they won't flip on her like her mother did.)

BG II

She started to be rude and disrespectful to adults, the managers in the modelling agency she was in. Aaaaaand that's when she first got in touch with music! She started to go to studios with her past friends, just goofing off, playing with instruments. The drums caught her eye, and she started to really focus on learning the basics, and more skills to play it well.

But not all things end well. Unfortunately, that passion died, when she had hurt her wrist from practicing too much, hitting the drums too hard. She was taken to the hospital to heal up. During her time in there, there was only one sentence that could describe her feelings.

"why? why does the world always take the things that I love away from me?"

She had completely stopped communicating for a while, causing most of her school friends to drop her. In the end, she stopped playing the drums completely. How she started to play the bass is still a myth, nobody knows. (psst, its because her first crush played bass!)

BG III

She bought her first bass, that she still uses now! It's a Fender Flea Signature~ She started to realize that being prickly and unapproachable to people isn't the way to go, and in the influence of a person, who was her stylist, her brother's friend, that had passed away because of illness, Arashi decided, to take on their personality. The bitterness she has still seeps through sometimes, as hard as she tries to hide it. (Her case is decorated with stickers that her brother made!! oh, and she has some cute keychains that she kept from her childhood.) She learnt how to play the bass on her own,but well,some youtube videos helped too.

When she was confident enough to start posting videos of her covering different songs on Ig and Youtube, she showed her face,, People were focusing on her face more than her skills,,, So she decided to go and wear a mask, and angle the camera to where people won't be able to see her face.

BG III

The way that she joined Knights, it's pretty known. Arashi does covers on all sorts of songs, usually are ones that were, pretty popular at the time, so seeing THE Leo Tsukinaga in your dms, qrt-ing a 2 year old cover of a vocaloid song about aliens, it's really swanky.. And kinda weird. He must've went through a LOT of her videos, or someone sent it to him to get to that one. He asked her if she was interested in joining his band, which only needed a bassist. She was conflicted.. She only thought of playing bass as a hobby, so maybe not..?

But that's when Momma Izumi steps in, and drags her ass STRAIGHT into Knights. Just, hurled her in. She wanted to ask why he did it, but never ended up doing it, kinda fearing he would just be a tsundere, avoiding the FUCKING question. She wasn't the fondest of the members at first, they all knew her as the "Neechan" of the group. She was satisfied with that.. But as the group started practice, they got closer and closer. They were all inseparable, 5 of them. She can be her true self with them, she's happy now..

Trivia

• She plays animal crossing!! Her island is a 5 star one.. Her fave villager is probably Kiki, since she looks like her cat...


• SHES SCARED OF THUNDER... SO, if you see her in her bed, just, "....." and blasting music, its bc it was storming outside...


• As mentioned earlier, Ara's afraid of being alone, really, so she always tries to contact people to maybe hang at her dorm, or go outside,, just so she won't be left out.


• Similar to Enstars arashi, her strength is, horrifying. She broke a fuckign wall with her bare fist im- She probably did that to protect Tetora as well..,,She has good intentions...


• She has bpd (borderline personality disorder), she tries her best to hide it, but it shows sometimes. Please treat her with care, and not poke any of her triggers,,, (mentions of child abuse fucks her up really bad,,) She takes medicine for controlling her mood, she keeps the pills in a small pink drawstring baggie..


• She loves all of her classmates!! (especially Mika-chan and Mao-chan!!) They're all her babies, and she won't hesitate to buy a heap of snacks for them all.


• She dorms with Tetora, he's probably seen another side of her,,, Hopefully she hasn't snap at him,, BUT BESIDES THAT. She makes sure he's eating well, and takes care of his skin, just, teaches him skincare routines…


• She really likes stuffed animals.. Especially cats and otters.. They're cute. She has Nyanko with her, yes,and she helps her calm down, either from panic attacks, episodes.. Nyanko goes to lick her face, meowing at her. Kind of like a service animal. (Fun fact! Nyanko was a stray cat that Arashi found!! She nursed her back to health…)
